Vibrnd builds software for businesses that still run on paper, WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets: construction firms, cafés, lounges, real-estate developers, transport, etc. Messy, real operations nobody has bothered to digitise properly.
We're looking for someone who can sit inside those businesses, understand how they actually work, and turn that into a product our developers build.
This isn't a research role. What you map this week gets built the next.
What you'll do
- Understand the business and the industry — spend time on site, learn their language, margins and constraints
- Map existing workflows end to end, including the workarounds nobody documents
- Identify the real problems worth solving and design the solution around them
- Write PRDs, user flows and specs developers can build from without guessing
- Work with our dev team through build, testing and rollout
- Run client meetings and demos, and turn feedback into the next iteration
What we're looking for
- You think in systems — processes, dependencies and edge cases, not just features.
- You can take a complex, messy business and explain it simply
- Strong written communication; you can write a spec that removes ambiguity
- Comfortable walking into a business you've never seen and asking the right questions
- Comfortable working directly with founders, owners and floor staff
- MBA, business, engineering, consulting or product background
- Great thinking matters more than your degree
